Elder-onomy: noun, a compound of Elder (we all know what that means) and onomy, the Greek for management.
We (who are elders ourselves) take great pride in providing management services of, by, and for elders. We have nothing against the young ones; we just think that we elders understand each other better. With the benefit of decades of experience, plenty of savvy, and willingness to keep on learning, we work with nonprofits in Northern California to bring 21st Century ideas, services, and tools, to a population for whom many of these things are retrofits.
